With over two decades in a male-dominated sector, she has been pivotal in numerous infrastructural advancements. Michele’s commitment extends beyond projects, as she actively fosters women’s entrepreneurship through her prestigious dual certifications: the Women's Business Enterprise (WBE) and the Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB), highlighting her dedication to empowering women in construction for a more inclusive future.
Judi Gatti, Vice President
Judi expertly balances her role as a Payroll Specialist, ensuring accurate employee payments and maintaining meticulous payroll records, with her duties as an Enforcement Officer, promoting a professional work environment. Her commitment extends to her position as Vice President of Women In Construction, actively creating opportunities and fostering growth. Judi has established herself as a vital supporter and advocate for women in the construction industry.
Kyli Coles, Secretary
With a diverse background ranging from nursing to cosmetology, Kyli showcases a unique blend of clinical acumen and administrative prowess. Having worked at Liberty Electric, she's well-acquainted with the construction industry's operations and challenges. Kyli aims to bring a change, ensuring that women not only find their place in construction but also thrive, leveraging their unique strengths and perspectives.
Elizabeth Perry, Treasurer
Decisive professional, Elizabeth, with 15+ years in business management and six in the wireless industry, serves as the Director of Financial Operations at Liberty Electric. She meticulously oversees accounting and financial controls, ensuring the company's financial solvency. By directing front-end revenue processes, she crafts strategic approaches for sustainable business growth. Elizabeth passionately represents women in under-represented sectors, ardently serving her community through girls’ soccer clubs and as the former PTA president, advocating for young women. She's honored to stand among courageous leaders, inspiring the next generation.
Miranda Ostler, Outreach Coordinator
Miranda blends her profound healthcare expertise, academic accomplishments, and leadership skills as the HR Director at Liberty Electric. With a Bachelor's in Public Health and a Master’s in Healthcare Administration focused on Informatics, her journey in healthcare started at age 16. Miranda is renowned for her reliability, exceptional communication, and vibrant team spirit. She possesses a fervent commitment to supporting women in leadership roles, particularly in underserved communities, aiming to create substantial changes in healthcare administration and long-term care.
